The files listed below contain all emails between GFParsons and agencies from Jul-2014 to Feb-2023. The files are in MS Outlook 2016 .pst format. I intended that these archives contain all emails exchanged with attachments therefore there are many duplicates that were cc’d, many irrelevant emails like Outlook invites, etc. I have included every email I sent or received to agency and consultant personnel no matter how trivial to avoid any accusations that I’ve cherry picked or prejudiced the emails in any way.
